To author stipulation rules, navigate to Rules Management. Create a new rule using the Stipulation category.
Use the following vocabulary templates to assign stipulations to specific security groups:
- Add a Stipulation of <StipulationLookupValue> that is required for Approval and can be completed by users in the <SecurityGroupValueList> groups.
- Add a Stipulation of <StipulationLookupValue> that is required for Disbursement and can be completed by users in the <SecurityGroupValueList> groups.
The example rule found below provides a demonstration of a rule that generates stipulations that can only be cleared by a select few security groups.
After the rule is created, it must be assigned to the desired loan sub-products. Upon the creation of the stipulation rule, it must be assigned to the the appropriate loan sub-products within Loan Product Definition.
Once assigned, the stipulations configured generate once the rule's conditions are met.
